Vitamin D₃ stimulates the absorption of calcium and phosphate in the intestine and transports it into the bloodstream, and vitamin K₂ affects osteocalcin - a protein that takes calcium from the blood and carries it to teeth and bones.

If there will be K₂ deficit, then osteocalcin will not be able to do its job and calcium will be deposited in blood vessels and organs. Therefore, it is very important that vitamin D₃ to be taken with vitamin K₂, because only the presence of both vitamins affects the mineralization of teeth and bones.

K₂ participates in coagulation processes, so for people, those taking anticoagulants must consult a doctor.

Usage: Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water.

Warnings: Nursing and pregnant women should consult a doctor before using the food supplement. Do not use if you have a hypersensitivity reaction to any of the product's ingredients. Consuming large amounts may cause diarrhea.

IMPORTANT: K₂ is not recommended for people taking blood thinners, as it may affect the therapeutic effect of the medication. You MUST consult your hematologist.
