Brushing your teeth twice a day is the foundation of good oral health. Only by brushing your teeth daily can you remove plaque, get fluoride into the tooth structure and prevent tooth decay. Make sure you also eat a healthy, low-sugar diet and drink sugar-free beverages, such as water or unsweetened tea.
