HEALTH
Daily flossing helps reduce plaque, which is essential for good oral hygiene and recommended by the UFSBD.
Plastic (nylon) floss may contain petrochemical residues and is not biodegradable. Gums are the base of our teeth and a porous mucosa that must be cared for.
QUALITY
Our silk is ground in France by the historical family company “Au ver à soie”. This company dates back to 1820, is listed as a “Living Heritage Company” and is known worldwide for its silk threads.
PLEASURE
Our dental floss is coated with beeswax for added comfort. This wax, certified organic by Ecocert, comes from the south of France. It is gentle enough for sensitive gums.

¿Cuál es el tiempo estimado de entrega?
Delivery time depends on the destination, but orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Returns are only possible if the product arrives damaged in the original packaging in a way that affects its contents.
Exclusion of returns:
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, personal care products that have been opened or handled cannot be returned, in accordance with the provisions of article 103, letter e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which regulates the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
To request a valid return:
- Notify the problem within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt of the order.
- Provide photos showing the damage to the packaging and the product.
- Contact our customer service department.
Note: The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has arrived defective due to an error on our part.
