Note: As with teeth cleaning, the drops should be taken 3 times a day after the main meals and supplemented as required. Regular long-term use is recommended in order to maximize the benefits. Delivery time depends on the destination, but orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Returns are only possible if the product arrives damaged in the original packaging in a way that affects its contents.
Exclusion of returns:
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, personal care products that have been opened or handled cannot be returned, in accordance with the provisions of article 103, letter e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which regulates the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
To request a valid return:
- Notify the problem within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt of the order.
- Provide photos showing the damage to the packaging and the product.
- Contact our customer service department.
Note: The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has arrived defective due to an error on our part.
