TRUST L-glutamine
L-glutamine is an essential amino acid (protein), which has many beneficial properties:
- It can help increase muscle mass.
- It helps to preserve muscle mass.
- Protein is important for maintaining normal bone health.
How to use: The recommended dose is 5 g (1 teaspoon), mixed in 200 ml of water, twice a day. On training days, it is recommended to take 5 g, one hour before training and 5 g immediately after training. On non-training days, it is recommended to take 5-10 g of L-Glutamine before bedtime.
Warnings: The food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25° C. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of the reach of children. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the destination, but orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Returns are only possible if the product arrives damaged in the original packaging in a way that affects its contents.
Exclusion of returns:
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, personal care products that have been opened or handled cannot be returned, in accordance with the provisions of article 103, letter e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which regulates the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
To request a valid return:
- Notify the problem within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt of the order.
- Provide photos showing the damage to the packaging and the product.
- Contact our customer service department.
Note: The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has arrived defective due to an error on our part.
